Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about a responsible AI Visibility programme.
We set out what we measure, what we implement, where the scope stops and what you need to approve — before you commit to a programme.
What is GEO/AEO AI Visibility work?
GEO and AEO describe work that helps a business make its public information clearer, more accurate and more retrievable for AI-led search experiences. GeoGoal focuses on measuring how a business appears in agreed prompts, implementing defined AI-readiness improvements and reviewing the evidence over time.
Is GeoGoal a traditional SEO agency?
No. Traditional SEO activity may be a supporting input, but GeoGoal’s primary service is AI Visibility: benchmark how AI understands your business, improve agreed website and evidence gaps, and monitor the inputs used for ongoing decisions.
What happens after an AI Visibility Enquiry?
You share your business, selected plan and website context in writing. Once automation is configured, you receive a written acknowledgement, the relevant plan information and any follow-up questions needed to clarify scope. The staging intake does not submit, store or send information until an owner-approved HubSpot form, Tally webhook or CRM endpoint is connected.
Who can use the Founding Client Launch Offer?
The offer is available to qualifying UK service businesses that confirm a new Foundation or Growth programme in writing by 30 November 2026. It includes the usual setup work at no additional charge, subject to a 3-month commitment. We confirm each start date in writing once the required access, business information and onboarding steps are ready. The offer cannot be combined with another discount unless Amobcom Limited agrees otherwise in writing.
What is included in AI Visibility Blueprint?
Blueprint is a £395 one-time roadmap with an AI baseline, competitor gap review and 90-day action plan. It is not the end of the managed service. If you begin Foundation or Growth within 30 days, the £395 is fully credited against that programme.
What does a standard implementation credit cover?
It covers a normal agreed change within an existing CMS or business-information setup: page edits, FAQ content, schema, metadata, internal linking, tracking, robots or sitemap work, and evidence-supported entity corrections. The available number of credits is set out on the pricing page for each programme.
What is not included in the 90-day programmes?
The programmes do not include unlimited changes, a full website rebuild, custom development, paid advertising, media budget, link buying, digital PR, filming or video production. They also exclude any legal, medical, engineering or other industry-specific compliance review required for your business.
Do you guarantee AI citations, recommendations, rankings or commercial results?
No. AI platform answers are controlled by third parties and may change. GeoGoal does not guarantee AI citations, recommendations, rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue or any money-back commitment linked to third-party AI outputs. We commit to a repeatable benchmark, agreed implementation, QA evidence, transparent reporting and regular review.
Who approves content and regulated claims?
You remain responsible for checking and approving factual, legal and regulated claims before they are published. We will identify and implement agreed work, but we do not provide legal, medical, engineering or other specialist compliance review.
Can you work with our existing marketing or web team?
Yes. GeoGoal is designed to work within an existing environment where appropriate access and approvals are available. A written enquiry helps establish which people need to be involved and what can reasonably be completed within the selected scope.
