1. About these terms
GeoGoal.ai is a product of Amobcom Limited (Company No. 16195083), registered at 25 Prestoe Close, Corby, United Kingdom, NN17 5GF. Amobcom Limited provides the AI Visibility Blueprint, AI Visibility Foundation, AI Visibility Growth and AI Visibility Partner services described on this website. A written proposal, scope of work, order form or invoice may add service-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the agreed written scope takes priority.
2. The service
The service may include AI Visibility benchmarking, competitor comparison, entity and answer-accuracy review, agreed AI-readiness implementation, monitoring, dashboard reporting and written review. The selected package and its stated implementation-credit allowance define the work included. The pricing page forms part of the service description.
3. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, timely access and the approvals needed for agreed work. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, regulatory compliance and substantiation of your website, business information and claims. You must approve factual, legal, medical, engineering or other regulated content before it is published.
4. Scope boundaries
Unless expressly agreed in writing, a 90-day programme does not include unlimited changes, a full website rebuild, custom development, paid advertising, media budget, link buying, digital PR, filming, video production or specialist legal, medical, engineering or other compliance review.
A standard implementation credit means a normal agreed change within an existing CMS or business-information environment, such as a page edit, FAQ, schema, metadata, internal linking, tracking, robots or sitemap work, or an evidence-supported entity correction.
5. Third-party platforms and no outcome guarantee
AI platform answers, search results and third-party services are controlled by third parties and may change. Amobcom Limited and GeoGoal.ai do not guarantee AI citations, recommendations, rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue or any particular commercial outcome. We commit to a repeatable benchmark, agreed implementation, QA evidence, transparent reporting and regular review.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, payment dates, taxes and payment conditions are set out in the agreed proposal, invoice or order form. The Blueprint fee is credited in full against Foundation or Growth only when the client starts the relevant programme within 30 days, subject to the agreed commercial terms.
7. Intellectual property and access
Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before the engagement. You grant GeoGoal.ai and Amobcom Limited the permissions reasonably needed to perform the agreed work. Any deliverables, licences or transfer rights will be set out in the applicable proposal or order form.
8. Confidentiality
Each party should keep the other party’s confidential information secure and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public through no breach of confidence.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation of liability, exclusion of loss and statutory-rights wording will be set out in the applicable written agreement and should be reviewed with appropriate legal advice before production use.
